I recently visited Kochin Hut Indian Cuisine, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I went there along with my friends. From the moment we walked in, friendly staff greeted with great smile and seated promptly. Throughout the meal, they were ensuring our water glasses were never empty and checked that we had everything we needed. We had Samosa Chat, Lasuni Gobi, Chicken Lollypop, Chicken Tikka Dosa and Rose Falooda. Every dish was bursting with authentic Indian flavors, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the personal touch from the manager and the owner. They made sure to stop by our table to ask if we were enjoying our meal. The ambiance was cozy and inviting with soothing background music. The combination of delicious food, impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming environment makes it one of the best Indian restaurants I've been to. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

We stopped here for the first time. Their food was amazingly good. The spices and creaminess of the sauces was just right. We got chicken saag Lunch special and Chicken chettinad.

This newly opened Indian restaurant exceeds all our expectations. The dine-in experience is absolutely a pleasure. They offer everything we need in a fine dining place: a nice ambiance, impeccable service, delicious food, and a variety of menu options that please everyone (vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers alike). Kochin Hut is the best Indian restaurant in our state right now. I can’t recommend this place enough to everyone who likes Indian food and who enjoys trying new cuisine. It’s totally worth it. Note: The lunch specials are my favorite.

KOCHIN HUT in New Haven is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic North/South Indian flavors! We tried the Cochin Calamari Fry, and it instantly transported me to the coastal kitchens of Kerala, perfectly spiced, crispy, and bursting with flavor. It’s rare to find such an authentic taste outside India. The Masala Dosa was equally impressive, super crispy, generously filled, and served in a large portion that’s perfect for sharing (or not!). It had that traditional touch that’s hard to come by. To top it all off, we ended the meal with a classic South Indian filter coffee, rich, smooth, and just the right amount of strong. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, with soft, soothing music playing in the background. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian food with great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

One of the best indian restaurant to dine in. It is so cozy and service is great. All staff is so nice and polite. Food presentation is realy nice. Must try taco and paneer and chicken sandwich. I wish they keep it like that and wish them best of luck. I drive 40 mile and its worth.

We drove from Southington while dropping off my daughter at Quinnipiac University to have dinner at Kochin Hut. The best dinner decision we made. Ambiance, service, staff and food are amazing. I like the modern decor. Since my daughter gets a free shuttle at this plaza, I am sure she will take full advantage of this delicious food.
